Bluefield Smart Access distinguishes itself in terms of its services by taking a project-based approach to complex issues, focusing on results, and being responsible for the completion of (entire) projects.
This is to determine the starting points, aims and objectives, overall scope, timeline and risks entailed and to present a project plan. This gives our consultants a framework to realise what has been agreed. During the project, the DTAP (development, testing, acceptance and production) method is used.
Definition phase
After the assignment has been accepted, an intake interview is scheduled for detailed coordination and framing of the entire functional design. We offer any additional work separately outside the scope of this assignment.
Preparation phase
After the intake and the final framework of the project, coordination takes place between the involved parties / departments and Bluefield ICT Solutions.
Design phase
The application is completely built and designed based on the agreed functional design. During this phase, the implementation is built up, realized and tested internally at our premises.
Testing & Acceptance
Your application will be tested together with you in accordance with the agreed assignment. This concerns the necessary interfaces and correct functioning of the functionalities and output.
Production
After your approval, the application will be put into operation within the production environment. Two days have been taken into account on location. This is based on a tight schedule that will not cause any delays.
Opleiding
De gebruikers van de applicatie zullen worden opgeleid in het gebruik ervan.
Education
The users of the application will be trained on how to use the application.
Delivery
After the training, the project will be delivered with all project team members. In addition, a project end report will be drawn up with a description of the project running, the deviations from those expressed and an assessment of the project objectives and team performance. Of course, this will result in recommendations and / or follow-up actions.
During development and exploitation we play a central role in which good communication is guaranteed. It goes without saying that the project is carried out in a careful manner. In addition, the users will be trained internally. If there are user questions at a later date, these can be asked via the helpdesk.
In addition, an SLA is concluded, so that support is offered with regard to helpdesk, updates, upgrades and follow-up in case of calamities.
