This release is packed with new features and improvements designed to make your BlueEntrance experience more streamlined and efficient than ever before.
First on the list is the Kiosk and Encoder Management.
Administrators can now effortlessly manage multiple Kiosks, assign different encoders to each one of them, and even pair a specific encoder to a specific Kiosk! This allows for customized solutions tailored to your unique operational needs.
Next up, we have the Encoder Selection for Card Assignment.
Whether you are assigning a card to a Visitor or an Employee, you can now choose your preferred encoder with a default one pre-selected for your convenience. This means greater flexibility and control in your hands!
We're also excited about the Door-Open Event Post-Enrollment & Automatic Door Opening.
Once the enrolment process is complete, a door-open event is triggered, making it seamless for your users. Plus, kiosks can now automatically open doors when a visitor completes their registration - a small, but significant step towards enhanced visitor experience.
And let's not forget the Confirmation Email with QR Code + PIN!
Invited visitors will now receive an email with a QR code and PIN after registration, ensuring a smooth check-in process at the Kiosk.
Last but definitely not least, our General Fixes and Enhancements.
